Graduates from the department are qualified to take nursing and midwifery licensure examinations. Over the years, the percentage of graduates from the department who passed the examinations has been the highest in the country. Most students are able to find employment in the obstetrics divisions in medical centers and regional hospitals.

The employment rate has been 100% in the last three years. Graduates exhibit remarkable performance that is highly regarded and praised by their employers. Some of them have even entered graduate institutes in and outside of the country to pursue further studies after accumulating enough clinical experience.
